Kevcor, Inc. is a professionally licensed specialty structural engineering and constructor firm serving developers, owners, other engineers and prime constructors. We are based in Texas and operate throughout the southwest to northeast regions of the continental United States. We specialize in footing and foundation systems although our project experience includes complete infrastructure facilities such as bridges, retaining walls, roads, small dams, levies, seawalls, peers, retaining walls, and ponds. Our services include design / build, engineer-procure-construct, and public-private-partnership solutions, and our clients include architects, consulting engineers, general contractors, municipalities, State and federal agencies, and developers. History
Founded in Texas in 1976 by Harvey Attra, PE, we began operations engineering for the oil and gas field industry. Over the next 2-decades we expanded operations to include commercial and residential developments, environmental, civil, general building, roads, bridges, airports, and other industrial facilities and where we specialized in niche services that add-value to a project delivery team. We sold our core business unit in 2005, underwent structural changes, and now emerge with new key leadership and a management team whose focus is integrity, quality and commitment to our clients. Our core markets today are residential, transportation, commercial, Departments of Defense, and Homeland Security.

Operations
Kevcor specialty professional engineering operations and experience is throughout the east and southwest United States with project experience in Europe, Middle East and South America. Our constructor operations are on a case-by-case basis and generally we are able to mobilize self-perform construction teams for footing and foundation systems to any location within the New England States, Florida and Texas.
