Founded in Texas in 1976 by Harvey Attra, PE, we began operations in oil and gas field industry. Over the next 2-decades we expanded operations to include commercial and residential developments, environmental remediation, general contractors, design / build, and public-private-partnerships where we specialized in niche services that add-value to a project delivery team through business-to-business, project management, and engineering solutions. Our core markets are residential, transportation, commercial, and Departments of Defense and Homeland Security.

Experience
Kevcor has served developers, owners, municipalities, general contractors, and other professional engineers since 1976. Operations are throughout the east and southwest United States although we have consulting experience in Europe, Middle East and South America. We sold our core business in 2005, underwent structural changes, now emerge with new key leadership and a management team whose focus is integrity, quality and commitment to our clients.
